Applications
for the Memberships must be made on the
Application Forms. Application Forms which
are not fully completed or which are illegible
may be rejected.
Joint
applications are not permitted. Multiple
application by individuals will be rejected.
Each
application for a Membership must be accompanied
by a remittance in Ringgit Malaysia for
the amount of application monies as stated
below in the form of a cheque or bank
draft (or such other means as may be accepted
by the company) made out in favour of
"MAYBAN TRUSTEES BERHAD/SEBANA GOLF
& MARINA RESORT BERHAD - TRUST ACCOUNT",
crossed "A/C PAYEE ONLY" with the
name and address of the Applicant clearly
written on the reverse side of the cheque
or bank draft. No receipt of acknowledgement
will be issued by the Company for applications
and remittances.
The
membership is not transferable and shall
be for a fixed term of five(5) years subject
to the payment of Annual License Fee.
The
membership is convertable to an Individual
License membership after one (1) year
by paying to the company the difference
between the prevailing license fee of
the individual License Membership and
the monies already paid by the member
in respect of Entrance Fee and Annual
License Fee for the Term Membership.
The
Company reserves the right to refuse any
application or to accept any application
in part only without assigning any reasons
thereof and no enquiries and/or correspondence
on the decision of the Directors and /
or the Company will be entertained.
Only
completed application forms will be considered.
