Marina Memberships and Composite Memberships
and ancillary thereto the Unsecured Notes.
The
Marina Memberships are a category of membership
in the club known as Sebana Cove Marina Individual
Memberships, Sebana Cove Marina Corporate Membeships,
Sebana Cove Marina Executive Memberships and
Sebana Cove Marina Honorary Memberships.
The
Composite Memberships are a category of membership
in the club known as Sebana Golf and Marina
Individual Memberships, Sebana Golf and Corporate
Memberships, Sebana Golf and Marina Executive
Memberships, Sebana Golf and Marina Honorary
Memberships.
The
Company is now offering for sale the following
classes of Licence Memberships: Individual Licence
Membership, Corporate Licence Membership, Associate
Membership, Individual Term Membership, Corporate
Term Membership, Outstation Membership and Residential
Membership.
The
rights and obligations of the Marina Members,
Composite Members, Licence Members and Residential
Members are more particularly set out in the
Rules and the Licence Agreement entered into
by the Member in relation to his/its Membership.
The Company reserves the rights to issue new
types of Membership from time to time.
