Licence - open to any individual above 18
years of age of any nationality, transferable
after 1 year from the date of Licence Agreement
in accordance with the Rules.

Term - open to any individual above 18 years
of age of any nationality, non transferable,
fixed term of 5 years, no club affiliation rights.
Corporate
Licence - open to any partnership, unincorporated
association or body corporate local or foreign,
transferable after 1 year from the date of the
Licence Agreement in accordance with the Rules.

Term - open to any partnerships, unincorporated
association or body corporate local or foreign,
non transferable, fixed term of 5 years, no
club affiliations, holder may nominate 2 individuals.
Associate
- open to any individual above 18 years of age
of any nationality approved by the Company who
are lady golfers, female executives, senior
golfers or retired persons, transferable after
1 year from the Licence Agreement date, use
of club on weekdays only, no club affiliation
rights, legal spouse will be treated as a guest
for golfing facilities
Outstation
- Applicable to Malaysian Nationals only, residing
more than 300kms from Sebana Cove, above the
age of 18 years, restricted use of the golf
facilities and accommodation to 10 days per
year, transferable after 1 year from Licence
Agreement date, no club affiliation rights
Residential
Memberships - open to any individual or
corporation of any nationality who are owners
of residential units developed or to be developed
at Sebana Cove, transferable only with property,
subject to the Rules. [Property Owners are required
to purchase this membership prior to purchasing
property at Sebana Cove].
