All
boaters are required to comply to the rules &
regulations listed below in order to ensure safety
and cleanliness of the marina and its users at
all times.

International
rules of the road and Navigation laws of
Malaysia apply to all vessels in or approaching
the Marina.
•
Noise
should be kept to a minimum at all times.
•
Shore
power must be used at all times. Generator
sets cannot be used whilst berthed.
•
Extent
of boat repairs and maintenance at berth
is at the discretion of the Management.
Major repairs and subcontract labour is
not permitted.
•
The
use of mechanical tools outside of boat
is prohibited. Painting and/or scraping
of the exterior is prohibited. Boats may
proceed to the repair facilities at the
dry storage area.
