Sebana Golf and Marina Resort Berhad ('the Company') is the proprietor of a marina and golf club known as Sebana Golf and Marina Club ('the Club'). The Club is a proprietary club that comprises a marina, a golf course and a clubhouse and provides various sporting, recreational and social facilities and amenities.

The Company offers memberships in the Club pursuant to a Prospectus registered with the registrar of Companies, Malaysia for the purpose of the Malaysian Companies Act, 1965. The Club membership are bound by its Trust deed / Supplemental deeds. Members of the Club have the right to use the facilities on the Club premises in accordance with the Rules and the bye-laws of the Club. It is advised that potential applicants who wish to purchase any membership in the Club, should request for a latest copy of a prospectus from the Company.

The facilities and amenities available in the Club as mentioned herein throughout this web site comprise the full facilities as set out in the First Schedule Part I of the Trust Deed dated 25th March 1996 / Supplemental Trust Deeds and additional facilities which have been added to the list of facilities from time to time at the absolute discretion of the Company. Except for those facilities as set out in the First Schedule Part I of the Trust Deed which cannot be removed without the members' consent, the additional facilities may be added or removed at the absolute discretion of the Company.
