Sebana
Cove Marina, envisaged to be the international
yachting and holiday destination of the 90's
is being developed by Sebana Cove Marina Berhad,
a joint-venture between the Johore Education
Foundation and Arab-Malaysian Development Berhad.
Johore
Education Foundation is a state-owned body dedicated
to the improvement of education standards for
citizens of the state of Johor. Revenue for
the finance of these activities come from its
operations dealings in properties and plantations.
Arab-Malaysian
Development Berhad, is a public-listed company
listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange and
part of the Arab-Malaysian Corporation group
of companies, whose activities include banking,
finance, securities, leasing, insurance, manufacturing,
construction, property development, tourism,
communications and privatisation projects.
The
two partners in this project are committed to
seeing to the completion and realisation of
this unique and exclusive marina. They have
